Instructions

Combine all spices and olive oil to make a paste. Let stand for 1 hour.

Rub paste on both sides of steaks. Cover with plastic wrap. Let stand at room temperature for 30 to 40 minutes.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Place steaks on grill and cook until steaks reach internal temperature of 135°F for medium rare doneness as determined by internal meat thermometer.

Remove steaks from grill and let stand for a few minutes before eating.
